Order Acceptance: After you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your request. Please note that this does not constitute final acceptance of your order. The formal contract between us is formed only when we package your delicate items and dispatch them for shipping.
Pricing and Errors: All prices are displayed on our website in Euros (€) unless otherwise noted. In the event of a typographical or technical error regarding pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full and immediate refund.
Payment Processing: All online financial transactions are processed directly and securely by our certified payment service providers. You agree to provide valid financial and payment data to complete your purchase.
Specific Notice on Custom & Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Due to the intimate, single-use, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our collections, we enforce strict policies to ensure public health and safety standards are met for all our customers:
Hygiene-Restricted Items: Items such as bridal hair ornaments, newborn headbands, earrings, and groom lapel pins are considered hygiene-sensitive. For health and safety reasons, these intimately worn items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have been dispatched.
Custom and Personalized Orders: Orders that include personalization notes, exact event dates, initials, specific color matching requests, or custom sizing are created specifically for you. Once production has commenced on a handmade custom piece, the order cannot be cancelled, altered, or returned.
Shipping, Delivery, and International Customs
We work closely with trusted logistics and shipping partners to deliver your purchases to your doorstep securely.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience. While we strive to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by external logistics partners, severe weather, or customs clearance processes.
Cross-Border Duties: As we operate internationally, your delicate items may cross borders. Any import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned, and we will not be able to offer a refund in such cases.

Child Safety and Strict Supervision Warning
At Pergamon Atelier, we delight in handcrafting beautiful keepsakes for your little ones. However, the absolute safety of your newborn is our utmost priority. Please be strictly advised that our newborn and children’s accessories are designed exclusively as decorative keepsakes for special occasions and photography.
Because our handcrafted pieces feature delicate components, intricate metalwork, and small stones, they present a potential choking hazard. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety requirements:
Not a Toy: Our accessories are not toys and must never be treated as such.
Adult Supervision is Mandatory: A child must never be left unattended while wearing our products. Constant and direct adult supervision is required at all times.
No Sleeping: All accessories must be completely removed before the child sleeps, naps, or is placed in a car seat or crib.
By purchasing from our mom & newborn collection, you assume full and complete responsibility for the safe use of these items. Pergamon Atelier, its founders, and its artisans cannot and shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use, alteration, or lack of supervision associated with our children’s accessories.
